If you buy a paid Hexis subscription and you're not happy with it, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No need to explain why.
Email [email protected] from, or mentioning, the account you bought the subscription on. We'll take care of it.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
