These are the third-party services we use to operate Hexis. Each acts as our processor: they may use information only to provide their service to us, and they are bound by their own contractual and privacy obligations. We keep this list short on purpose.
None of these are advertising or analytics providers. We do not use ad networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics, and no company on this list receives your information in order to market to you.

| Stripe | Payments and subscription management | Billing and customer identifiers, subscription status, card details entered directly with them. We never receive your full card number. |
| Stripe Identity | Age verification, where legally required | Identity document and related verification data, handled entirely by Stripe. We receive only a confirmation and an irreversible reference value. |
| Cloudflare | Network security, content delivery, and object storage | Connection metadata including IP addresses, and stored media such as avatars and attachments. |
| OVHcloud | Server hosting | Hosts the service and its databases. Content stored here is encrypted where the relevant conversation is end-to-end encrypted. |
| Resend | Transactional and waitlist email | Email addresses and the contents of messages we send you, such as verification links and security notices. |
| Apple | Push notifications on iOS | Device notification tokens and notification payloads. Where the notification relates to encrypted content, the payload is encrypted and decrypted on your device. |
| Push notifications on Android | Device notification tokens and notification payloads, on the same basis as above. |
